• Understanding an information technology (IT) environment including cloud-based services such as Microsoft 365

• Fault logging system

• International Organisation for Standardization (ISO) 9001

• Relevant system functional knowledge

• Basic knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) process

• Basic Eskom business processes

• Configure applications

• Use Microsoft (MS) Office and Microsoft 365 tools such as Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Outlook

• Navigate through systems 

    Skill

• Strong verbal and written communication 

• Good problem solving and analytical

• Application and system configuration

• Computer literate with experience on Microsoft productivity tools

      Key Responsibilities

 

·       Provide user support.

·       Perform application monitoring.

·       Conduct research, environmental scanning and information analysis.

·       Conduct documentation quality management.

·       Act as document management system controller.

·       Monitor service delivery

Minimum requirements

       Qualification(s):

·       National Diploma in Information Technology/Information Systems at NQF6 with 240 credits

       Related Minimum Experience:

·       2 Years’ Experience in Information technology and systems
