Key Responsibilities

·       Provide strategic, general and more complex and/or specialised legal advice.

·       Manage dispute resolution

·       Provide negotiation assistance.

·      Advise on the implementation of legislation and case law.

·     Manage external attorneys

    Qualification(s): 

·       LLB/B Proc at NQF8 with 480 credits and Admitted Attorney/Advocat

     Related Minimum Experience:

·       7 years’ experience post admission experience in legal and strategic business

environment

·       Professional Registration Body:  Legal Practice Council (LPC)
