Key Responsibilities
- Provide an integrated HR operational support and services to cluster, region or mega construction BU
- Align HR strategy to cluster, region or mega construction business strategy and objectives
- Drive the development and execution of HR Service Level Agreements
- Ensure compliance to Human Resources Policies, Procedures and other external labour regulations Performance improvement and optimisation of Human Resources function

Minimum requirements
Qualification(s):
- B-Degree / B Tech in Behavioural Sciences or Human Resources at NQF 7 with 360 Credits
Experience:
- 7 years of Management experience and HR Generalist experience
