• Lead teams

• Conducting and reviewing Assessments & Determinations reports
• Excel and data extrapolation
• Sound Knowledge of PFMA legislation
• Understanding policy and procedure environment and breaches
Knowledge:
• Knowledge of auditing and investigation methodologies and principles
• Knowledge on the design, implementation and monitoring of internal controls
• Knowledge of budgeting, cost estimating and fiscal management principles and procedures
• PFMA, Procurement legislation

• Ability to supervise, guide employee, including organising, prioritising, and scheduling work assignments.

Key Responsibilities
• Provides leadership and administrative management to the Loss Control
• Continuous improvement
• Assures compliance to legislation and the departmental operating practices and procedures
• Performance Management and Reporting
• Manages resources (people, money and assets)
Minimum requirements
Qualification(s):
• Degree: in Law or Commerce
Experience:
• 7 years related experience in PFMA, governance & compliance
