Position summary
Introduction
Job description
· Provide a Specialist and Professional Human Resources Service with regards to the Talent Acquisition Process
· Provide professional advice and guidance on Talent Discovery Procedure and other HR policies and procedures, processes and systems.
· Manage end to end Resourcing Process
· Advise Line Managers and Recruitment Officers on all Talent Sourcing matters.
· Client relations and specialist advice

Minimum requirements
Qualification(s):
· B Degree/B Tech in Human Resources or Social/Behavioural Science at NQF level 7 with 360 credits
· Professional Registration Body: N/A

· 5 years’ Related Experience in Recruitment
