• In depth knowledge of commercial, corporate governance and compliance management principles

• In depth knowledge of internal auditing principles
• Understanding of Laws and regulations applicable to the Organisation
Key Responsibilities:
• Directs Commercial Governance conformance and facilitates assurance on compliance to relevant policies and procedures
• Directs legal compliance to Laws and regulations and provision of legal advisory services
• Directs implementation and compliance to corporate governance best practices
• Directs process, control and assurance function
• Personal leadership, business planning and resource management
Minimum requirements
Qualification(s):
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree and/or post graduate qualification in Finance or Auditing NQF Level 7 with 360 credits
• LLB Degree will be an added advantage NQF Level 7 with 360 credits
Experience:
• 7 years related experience in management with governance and compliance or auditing or finance background
