· Formulate strategic direction.
· Drive a strategic advisory service.
· Drive a contract compliance assurance function.
· Direct and drive stakeholder relationships.
· Provide strategic direction and manage the department.
· Formulate solutions regarding contract disputes.
Minimum requirements
· Qualification(s):
· B Degree in Engineering/ Commerce at NQF 7 with 360 credits or
· B Tech in Engineering/ Commerce at NQF7 with 360 credits
· Related Minimum Experience:
· 10 Years of Extensive Experience in contracts management practice or technical operations management involving contracts management.
