Key Responsibilities
· Position and direct the strategy for delivery of the capital investment project
· Direct and delivery of the construction management programme of the capital investment project.
· Position the project for strategic interfacing, negotiation, change and stakeholder management.
· Position and direct the project risk management strategies to minimise the overall impact on the capital investment project.
· Direct the human resources to achieve project objectives.
· Direct the reporting on the delivery of project milestones to key stakeholders.
Minimum requirements
Qualification(s):
· B Degree in Built Environment at NQF 7 with 360 credits or
· B Tech in Built Environment at NQF 7 with 360 credits or
· Advanced Diploma in Built Environment at NQF 7 with 360 credits.
Experience:
· 10 years’ experience in construction management/ engineering/ project management.
