Job description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide medium to long term energy planning capability.
2. Perform economic and financial analysis on alternative technology options and various energy planning studies.
3. Conducting research on energy planning methods, developing new techniques and adapting appropriate methods and techniques.
4. Continuous assessment of the developments in the energy sector.

Minimum requirements
Minimum Requirements:
Qualification(s):
• BSc Eng./B Eng. Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic/Industrial Engineering at NQF 8 with 480 Credits.
Experience:
• 4 years’ experience in power system planning and/or forecasting environment
