Key Responsibilities
1. Manage the implementation of learning practices, policies, strategies, related initiatives and processes relating to learning within the Division / Area as per requirements received from HR Business partners
2. Provide strategic support and operational services, including business risk assessments
relating to learning within the Division / Area as per requirements received from HR Business partners
3. Manage the resource (budget and staff) - relating to learning within the Division / Area (Eskom)
4. Assure that projects are implemented as defined per policy and processes relating to learning
within the Division I Area (Eskom)

Qualification(s):
· B Degree/ B Tech / National Higher Diploma in Behavioural Sciences / Social Sciences / Technical
Experience:
5 Years of experience in a learning development environment
