· Perform meter audits and investigations.
· Replace faulty meters.
· Capture and validate data.
· Advise and educate customers.
Minimum requirements
Qualification(s):
Grade 12/NCV4/NSC3/N3 and languages at NQF4 with 120credits.
Related Minimum Experience:
2 years’ experience in customer services, metering experience.
