Key Responsibilities

1. Assist with the provision of quantity surveying standard services throughout the project life cycle.

2. Assist with the measurement of consultants and contractors performance (quality and cost).

3. Assist with the compiling of cost estimates for capital investment projects.

4. Assist in the preparation of enquiry documentation.

5. Assist with the development and maintenance of a cost database.

6. Comply with relevant Eskom and site governance and safety, health, environment, risk and quality (SHERQ)

requirements.

Minimum requirements

Qualification(s):

National Diploma in Building / Construction at NQF 6 with 240 credits.

 

Related Experience:

3 years related experience in Quantity surveying / cost engineering / cost management / engineering and construction contracts / project management in the built environment.
