Minimum requirements
Qualification(s):
· National Diploma/National N Diploma in Catering Management/Hospitality
and Catering Services/Hotel School Qualification at NQF6 with 240 credits
Related Minimum Experience:
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in all kitchen departments
