Key Responsibilities
· Provide a consultative service to customers.
· Perform business process re-engineering.
· Test solutions.
· Provide user support for logged problems and information requests.

Minimum requirements
Qualification(s):
· B Degree/B Tech in Information Technology/Information Management/Computer Science/Information Systems/Engineering at NQF7 with 360 credits
Related Minimum Experience:
· Minimum of 5 years of Eskom business and relevant system experience
