Introduction
Eskom Distribution Agreement Agencies Gauteng Cluster Business Unit is looking for a Manager Customer Relations. The position is at Task Grade M16 within the Retail Department. It is based in EAL, Gauteng. The area of specialization is to manage the acquire customer process in the operating cluster in line with customer services operations, objectives and value chain processes.

Key Responsibilities
•       Manage the acquire customer function process implementation.
•       Plan and optimise acquiring customer processes.
•       Liaise with service partners to ensure timeous connections for customers.
•       Provide support for the implementation of a client office framework and customer acquisition projects.
•       Manage delivery service and employees.

Minimum requirements

Qualification(s): 
            
B Degree/B Tech/National HigherDiploma/Advanced Diploma in Marketing/Finance/ProjectManagement/Business Management at NQF7 with 360 credits
 
Experience
 
  5 years related experience in Customer service, marketing, project management
