Eskom Distribution is looking for 2x Service Agents Meter Reading to provide customer service generic and interface services related to meter reading in a defined geographic area, provide accurate bills, support to the particular value chain sub-processes and efficient customer service. Task Grade: T10. Business Unit: Gauteng Cluster. Department: Retail-Revenue Measurement Location: Vereeniging and Ekurhuleni.

 Key Responsibilities:

·          Conduct conventional measurement and meter reading tasks.
·          Provide customer data.
·          Handle generic service activities.
·          Direct daily customer service activity operations.
·          Build relationships between Eskom and customers.
·          Conduct credit revenue and credit management processes.
·          Perform vending and prepaid activities.
·          Process quotation and connection activities.

Minimum requirements

Qualification(s):

·         National Diploma/National N Diploma in Business Management/Engineering/Commerce/Finance at NQF6 with 240 Credits
 
Related Minimum Experience:

·         2 years experience in working with customers and customer relations
