Job description

 

       Key Responsibilities

·       Timesheet and leave administration.

·       Safety Management

·       Secretarial functions

·       Maintain archive.

·       Business Management

Knowledge:

·       Knowledge of HR related systems e.g. SAP will be advantageous.

·       Knowledge of BCOE, EEA, LRA, SDA and any other related Acts.

·       Above average knowledge and experience with regards to MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

 

            Attributes:

·       Accuracy: Ability to make sound judgement and then passes information to appropriate individuals.
