Key Responsibilities
• Provide business leadership and direction towards the accomplishment and smooth management of a corporate property establishment.
• Ensure sound financial management.
• Directs the activities of the professional team focusing on key performance areas, developments and harmonisation.
• Implement strategies to maintain the leading edge.
• Manage the Eskom Real Estate facilities according to and takes full responsibility of OSH Act legislative and environmental requirements
• Provide business leadership and direction towards the accomplishment and smooth management of a corporate property establishment.
• Ensure sound financial management.
• Directs the activities of the professional team focusing on key performance areas, developments and harmonisation.
• Implement strategies to maintain the leading edge.
• Manage the Eskom Real Estate facilities according to and takes full responsibility of OSH Act legislative and environmental requirements
Minimum requirements
Qualification(s):
B Degree/B Tech in Real Estate /Quantity Surveying/ Building Science/ Commerce / Facilities /Engineering at NQF7 with 360
Experience:
4 years. Experience in Facilities Management, Building Maintenance, Electrical or Airconditioning, Projects and Contract Management, Financial Management, Quality Management, Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental Management.
