       Key Responsibilities

·       Review and advise on assurance of project capital performance and its alignment to portfolio objectives.

·     Assess and assure the implementation of portfolio controls and report on status of alignment to project key performance indicators (KPIs).

·   Evaluate, track and trend project capital performance against the portfolio capital plan and provide recommendations and forecasts.

·       Advise on effective utilization of monitoring and assurance reporting systems and processes.
