· Key Responsibilities
· Drive divisional strategy development, corporate planning and organisational design.
· Manage and oversee the Group Executive's correspondence and review processes.
· Oversee divisional quality management within the Office of the Group Executive.
· Drive and coordinate the Group Executive's engagement and scheduling processes.
· Provide strategic legal advisory, manage enterprise-wide legal risk and drive strategic projects.
· Manage resources to support operational efficiency and strategic objectives.
· Manage stakeholder engagements across internal and external interested parties.
Minimum requirements
Qualification(s):
o LLB at NQF8 with 480 credits and admitted Attorney/ Advocate
o B Proc at NQF8 with 480 credits and admitted Attorney/ Advocate
· Related Minimum Experience:
o 10 Years extensive experience in comparable senior management role including the success delivery of complex projects, management of legal and highly sensitive matters and capability in people leadership and stakeholder relationship management.
· Professional Registration Body:
o Legal Practice Council (LPC)
