Introduction
Reporting to Senior Manager Financial Services, the Corporate Professional Finance will be responsible for providing organisation-wide leadership in corporate finance in support of the organisation’s investment, pricing, and capital allocation decisions, while ensuring long-term shareholder value, financial sustainability. ·       Develop and lead develop business cases.

·       Lead and control mergers and acquisitions execution.

·       Oversee the investment portfolio to optimise capital allocation.

·       Ensure compliance with investment policies and governance frameworks across the organisation.

·       Conduct investment appraisals to support decision making.

·       Assess financial structuring and pricing sustainability to ensure alignment with organisational objectives.

·       Provide input into financial, capital budgeting and investment policy formulation.

·       Provide Eskomwide financial training and capability development.

Minimum requirements

Qualification(s): 

o   Honours Degree in Accounting (with articles) CA (SA)/ Finance/ Economics/ Commerce/ Business Management at NQF8 with 480 credits 

·       Related Minimum Experience: 

o   10 Years in functional activities

 

·       Professional Registration Body: 

o   South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA)
