Position summary
Introduction
Job description
- Execute integrated sourcing and procurement processes and follow prescribed procedures towards fulfilling procurement needs.
- Execute purchases of goods and services and manage procurement administration.
- Negotiate and coordinates conclusion of agreement with suppliers to meet customer expectations.
- Perform dual adjudication of tenders and management of contracts/ purchase orders within set policies and standards.
- Access, analyse procurement information independently.
- Use own discretion to manage problems / risks and make recommendations timeously.
- Build and maintain healthy interpersonal and inter-team relationships.
Minimum requirements
National Diploma /National N Diploma in Commerce/Transport Logistics &Supply Chain Management at NQF 6 with 240 credits
Related Minimum Experience:
Commercial / Supplier Management experience with 3 years’ experience
