Key Responsibilities
· Strategy formulation and strategic direction for engineering.
· Leadership of Eskom engineering for operational and new commercial Transmission plant.
· Manage the designs, specifications, integration and evaluation of engineering equipment, components, systems and plants for modification and new assets.
· Resource, financial and performance management.
Minimum requirements
Qualification(s)
· BSc Eng or B Eng Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechatronics/ Computer/ Civil/Chemical/ Metallurgical/ Industrial Engineering at NQF level 8 with 480 credits.
Related Minimum Experience:
· 10 years’ experience significant proven engineering integration skills at a senior level for large organisational projects.
Professional Registration:
· Registration with Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA)
