Key Responsibilities:
•    Assist with the provision of quantity surveying standard services throughout the project life cycle
•    Assist with the measurement of consultants and contractors’ performance (quality cost)
•    Assist with the compiling of cost estimates for capital investment projects
•    Assist in the preparation of enquiry documentation
•    Assist with the development and maintenance of a cost database
•    Comply with relevant Eskom and site governance and safely health, environment, risk and quality (SHERQ) requirements
 

Minimum requirements

Qualification(s):
•    National Diploma in Building/Construction at NQF 6 with 240 credits
 
Experience:
•    3 years related experience in quantity surveying/cost management/engineering and construction contracts/project management in the built environment
