Key Responsibilities
- Support the provision of remuneration and benefits advisory services to management and employees.
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of remuneration practices to support organizational performance and employee value proposition.
- Provide support with remuneration data and analytics to inform workforce planning and reporting.
- Support the delivery of reward processes.
- Assist management with reward-related employee queries and communication.
- Compile and support the provision of remuneration and Human Resource metrics and reports.
- Support the implementation of reward, performance, and incentive processes.

Minimum requirements
Qualification(s):

- 2 Years Experience in rewards and benefits, generalist or specialist areas
