Key Responsibilities
· Provide strategic direction, objectives and leadership for Deal Structuring and Investment Division (Project Finance).
· Provide strategic direction for long-term financial sustainability.
· Establish strategic partnerships with group executives and the business.
· Direct sound financial governance and risk management.
· Be accountable for Finance Business Centers’ performance.
Minimum requirements
Qualification(s):
· Chartered Accountant (CA) SA at NQF8 with 480 credits
Experience:
· 10 Years Financial management and planning, leadership role in a large accounting/commercial organisation or extensive experience in financial management/senior professional role in a large commercial organisation
Professional Registration Body:
· South African Institute for Chartered Accountants (SAICA)
