       Key Responsibilities

·       Lead the development and monitor the implementation of strategic plans, standards and procedures, good practices in line with Eskom and Eskom Real Estate (ERE) policies and national legislation

·       Manage ERE operations (i.e. commercial, industrial, residential and commercial farms,conservation sites, social community footprint portfolios) in an effective and efficient manner in specific areas

·       Manage the Eskom Real Estate facilities and land according to and take full responsibility for Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA), environmental and integrated risk management requirements

·       Stakeholder management.
