Key Responsibilities
· Position and direct the strategy for delivery of the capital investment project.
· Direct the delivery of the construction management programme for the capital investment project.
· Direct the financial performance for the optimisation of capital investment throughout the lifecycle of the project.
· Position the project for strategic interfacing, negotiation, change and stakeholder management.
· Position and direct the project risk management strategies to minimise the overall impact on the capital investment project.
· Direct the Human Resource effort to achieve project objectives.
· Direct reporting on delivery against project milestones to key stakeholders.
Minimum requirements
Qualification(s):
· B Degree in Built Environment at NQF 7 level with 360 credits or,
· B Tech in Built Environment at NQF 7 level with 360 credits or
· Advanced Diploma in Built Environment at NQF 7 level with 360 credits
Related Experience:
· 10 Years experience in construction management, engineering, or project management.
