Key Responsibilities

·       Manage Site

·       Leads and manage Human resources

·       Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality Compliance and improvement 

Knowledge:

·       Project management principles

·       Technical knowledge and experience with regards to construction industry, relevant standards, and specifications (SANS etc)

·       Legislative acts (basic condition of employment Act, Labour relations Act, Employment Equity Act, skills development Act, OHSA,

·       Understanding of financial management

·       Knowledge and experience of Powerlines construction and refurbishment

·       Self-driven, Self-discipline, Ethical and Honest

·       Results driven with strong focus on service delivery.

·       High stress tolerant and able to work under pressure

·       Assertive, direct, and persuasive to enable influence.

·       Time management and ability to manage multiple issues and areas simultaneously
