Minimum requirements

Qualification(s)

  •  Postgraduate qualification in Management accounting/Finance/Accounting / commerce or a related discipline at NQF 8 with 480 credits. or
  • Charted Global Management Accounting (CGMA)

 Experience 

  • 10 years of proven experience in leading complex strategic initiatives, with strong expertise in enterprise planning and business partnering at a senior management level.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in FP&A, enterprise budgeting and forecasting, performance management, commercial finance, financial modelling,  business partnering within a large and complex organisation.
  • Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-wide planning cycles, scenario modelling, executive performance reviews and cross-functional financial decision support.
  • Experience operating within infrastructure, energy, regulated, state-owned or similarly complex capital-intensive environment will be advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience engaging executive management and governance structures. 

Professional Registration Body

  • CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants) or similar professional membership.
