· Key Responsibilities
· Manage the legal separation strategy and develop solutions to achieve organisation objectives.
· Oversee the corporate planning process and development of the organisation’s legal separation objectives.
· Lead strategic business intelligence research and development process.
· Provide strategic guidance and leadership for financial and management reporting.
· Provide strategic and operational guidance on cross-divisional financial, technical and operational structuring for subsidiaries and the group.
· Manage relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
· Manage the resources and operations of the department.
Minimum requirements
Qualification(s):
o B Degree in Business Management/ Legal Accounting/ Commerce/ Engineering or Science at NQF 7 with 360 credits or
o B Tech in Business Management/ Legal Accounting/ Commerce/ Engineering or Science at NQF 7 with 360 credits
Related Minimum Experience:
o 10 years extensive experience at senior management level in strategy or planning and/or corporate restructuring or mergers and acquisitions.
o “Demonstrable delivery of Mergers & Acquisitions and/or Corporate Restructuring or turnaround”
